The payment mediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Online Banking
The payment mediation service for online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service functions in the same way as traditional online payments.
The merchant is Enkora Oy Ltd (Business ID: 2073424-7), the supplier of Korkeasaari Zoo’s cashier and access control system. From the customer’s perspective, the service works just like traditional online payments. Bank payments are made via a secure connection directly to the banks’ own systems. The online store never has access to the customer’s bank account details.
2. Purchasing
Purchasing tickets from the online store requires a valid email address. All purchases are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the purchase and the delivered products. The purchased ticket is delivered as a PDF file attached to the confirmation email. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions in force at the time of each purchase.
3. Use of Tickets
Tickets purchased from the online store are valid only for admission to the zoo. Tickets purchased from Korkeasaari Zoo’s online store do not include the water transport fee.
Tickets purchased from the online store are sent as a PDF attachment via email. Show the ticket’s barcode to the gate reader at the zoo entrance directly from your smartphone screen, or print the ticket to bring with you. A tablet is too large to fit in the reader, so tickets on a tablet will be scanned at the ticket office. During peak seasons, tickets are also checked using a portable scanner.
Annual passes purchased from the online store are activated at the ticket office during your first visit. You will receive a personalized annual pass from the ticket office, which you can use to pass through the gate scanner as described above.

4. Validity of Tickets
The validity period of the ticket is indicated on the ticket.
5. Lost Tickets
Korkeasaari Zoo is not responsible for lost tickets.
6. Discount Tickets and Offers
Holders of child tickets, pensioner tickets, or student tickets must be prepared to prove their eligibility at the entrance/ticket inspection. The eligibility conditions are stated on the tickets.
Campaign terms specify the basis for discounts and whether proof is required.
7. Cancellation Policy
Unused tickets or tickets purchased for the wrong date or price category are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged for money.
8. Resale of Tickets
Resale of tickets, transferring them as part of a bundled product, or including them in the sale of another product or service – whether for payment or free of charge – is prohibited without the explicit written consent of Korkeasaari Zoo.
