Lost & found
You can check the “eOmistaja Löytö” website to see if your lost item has been found. Found items are taken to the Korkeasaari Zoo’s security office, where you can collect them in person. Unfortunately, Korkeasaari is not able to mail lost property items.
Property left at the Zoo will be kept at the security office for two weeks. After that, valuables will be delivered to the Helsinki Police Department’s lost & found office.
