Korkeasaari Zoo's Annual Pass

For the annual pass, the name and year of birth of the pass holder are requested.

For identification purposes, a photograph of the holder is required, which is taken at the ticket office of Korkeasaari Zoo when the card is activated.

For persons under 18 years of age, written consent of a guardian is required.

In the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket sales, you can pay with a bank or credit card, cash, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can also buy your own annual card using Finnish fringe benefits: ePassi, Edenred or Smartum mobile payments, or Smarum paper vouchers. The mobile payment must be done at the zoo ticket office, as it is only valid for 15 mins from confirmation. Fringe benefits cannot be used in the webshop.

Annual passes purchased from the online shop must be activated at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office within three months (90 days) of the date of purchase. The ticket office will exchange the online shop ticket for a personal annual pass on the first visit.

To purchase tickets from the online shop, a valid e-mail address is required. All purchases will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the purchase and the products delivered. The purchased ticket will be sent as a PDF file attached to the purchase confirmation email.

Payment is made at the time of purchase via Paytrail. It is not possible to pay with fringe benefits online.

The customer agrees to the valid terms and conditions of the online shop for each purchase.

A student annual pass is sold to full-time students upon presentation of a valid student ID with a photo. The student ID must show its validity period. The student ID may be either Finnish (e.g. Frank) or international (ISIC).

When visiting with a valid annual pass, the student ID does not need to be presented on every visit. It is sufficient that a student ID meeting the above conditions was presented at the time of purchase.

A pensioner annual pass is sold to persons over 65 years of age upon presentation of an identity document, and to persons who have been granted a full pension under the Finnish Social Insurance Institution (Kela) upon presentation of a Kela card.

When visiting with a valid annual pass, proof does not need to be presented on every visit. It is sufficient that proof of receiving a pension meeting the above conditions was presented at the time of purchase.

To qualify for the unemployed discount, you must prove your unemployment status when purchasing an admission ticket or annual pass by logging into the Job Market Finland website and showing that your job search status is valid.

When visiting with a valid annual pass, you do not need to prove your unemployment status on every visit. It is sufficient that proof of unemployment meeting the above conditions was presented at the time of purchase.
