Ticket prices

At the entrance to the Zoo, a day ticket is on sale every day from 10 am, which allows you to spend the whole day at the zoo.

During the summer season (June to August), a slightly cheaper evening ticket is also available at the entrance from 4pm.

Please note that there is a separate event ticket for special priced events, the prices of which can be found on the individual event page.

The advance ticket sold in the online shop is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

A gift ticket sold online is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

An advance ticket or gift ticket entitles you to one single admission to Korkeasaari Zoo, and you can spend the whole day at the zoo. The tickets can also be used for events where the Zoo’s normal admission price is valid. For events with special prices, there is a separate event ticket, the prices of which you can find on the individual event page.

The annual pass is personal and valid for 365 days starting from the activation date. The card also gives you discount from the Zoo Shop and restaurants.

For the annual card, the name and year of birth of the holder are requested.

For identification purposes, a photo of the holder is required, which is taken at the ticket office of Korkeasaari when the annual pass is activated.

For persons under 18 years of age, written consent of a guardian is required.

In the ticket sales, you can pay with bank or credit card, cash, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can also buy your own ticket or annual card using Finnish fringe benefits: ePassi, Edenred or Smartum mobile payments, or Smarum paper vouchers. The payment must be done at the zoo ticket office, as it is only valid for 15 mins from confirmation. Fringe benefits cannot be used in the webshop.

Student tickets and annual passes are sold to full-time students who can present a valid student card with a photo. Of international cards, only an ISIC student card is accepted.

If you are visiting with a valid annual pass, you do not need to present your student card on each visit, but only need to present your student card in accordance with the above conditions at the time of purchase.

Senior citizen tickets and annual passes are sold to over 65-year-olds who can present an ID document as well as to persons with full pension pursuant to Kela.

Small group / family ticket contains two adults and three 4 to 17 year old children. The ticket is not available for large groups.

Helsinki Card gives a discount of 2 € on normal adult tickets and 1 € on normal child (4 to 17 year old) tickets.
