With an annual pass you can visit the zoo every day of the year, even during the events where the normal ticket prices apply. Annual passes are sold all year round at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office and online. You can also buy an annual pass as a gift!

Benefits of the Annual Pass

365 days of animals

Korkeasaari Zoo is open every day of the year and every season is different. The annual pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. You can visit the zoo every day if you want to, even during the events where normal ticket prices apply.

-10% on products

With the annual pass, you get a 10% discount on products from the Korkeasaari Zoo Shop (excluding stamps and ticket products).

-10% on restaurants’ prices

You also get a 10% discount on Korkeasaari Zoo’s restaurants, cafés and kiosks (excluding alcohol and Jungle Juice Bar).

* Get a 20% discount on the price of a new Annual Pass, when you show your used single entry ticket (which has been used up to 30 days since) at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office.

The discount is also available when you renew your expiring Annual Pass at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office no later than 30 days after its expiry date.

This benefit is not available in the online shop.

Additional information

Information required for the annual pass

For the annual pass, the name and year of birth of the pass holder are requested.

For identification purposes, a photograph of the holder is required, which is taken at the ticket office of Korkeasaari Zoo when the card is activated.

For persons under 18 years of age, written consent of a guardian is required.

Payment methods

In the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket sales, you can pay with a bank or credit card, cash, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can also buy your own annual card using Finnish fringe benefits: ePassi, Edenred or Smartum mobile payments, or Smarum paper vouchers. The mobile payment must be done at the zoo ticket office, as it is only valid for 15 mins from confirmation. Fringe benefits cannot be used in the webshop.

Online purchases

Annual passes purchased from the online shop must be activated at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office within three months (90 days) of the date of purchase. The ticket office will exchange the online shop ticket for a personal annual pass on the first visit.

To purchase tickets from the online shop, a valid e-mail address is required. All purchases will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the purchase and the products delivered. The purchased ticket will be sent as a PDF file attached to the purchase confirmation email.

Payment is made at the time of purchase via Paytrail. It is not possible to pay with fringe benefits online.

The customer agrees to the valid terms and conditions of the online shop for each purchase.

Student prices

Student annual passes are sold to full-time students who can present a valid student card with a photo. Of international cards, only an ISIC student card is accepted.

If you are visiting with a valid annual pass, you do not need to present your student card on each visit, but only need to present your student card in accordance with the above conditions at the time of purchase.

Senior prices

Senior citizen annual passes are sold to over 65-year-olds who can present an ID document, and to persons with full pension under Kela.
