Visitor Feedback Survey
The survey examines how successful visits have been and how we could further develop Korkeasaari Zoo as a visitor destination and as a place for learning about nature. No personal data is collected in the survey, and therefore we are unable to respond to feedback submitted through it. If you would like a response to your feedback, please submit it through the open feedback form available at the bottom of this page.
Every month, all respondents who complete the survey are entered into a prize draw. The winner may choose one of the following prizes:
- A package of two admission tickets to Korkeasaari Zoo (value approximately 50 € depending on the time of visit, valid for one year from the date of the draw).
- An annual pass for one person to Korkeasaari Zoo (value 65 €).
- A grocery store gift card (value 30 € each, can be used as a means of payment at the K group stores in Finland.).
The contact details requested in connection with the prize draw cannot be linked to survey responses. Contact details are used only for notifying winners and, if the respondent so wishes, for sending newsletters.
Survey on the Impacts of Your Visit
The survey examines the impacts that visits to Korkeasaari Zoo have on the environment and on the residents of Helsinki. The survey includes questions about topics such as travel to Korkeasaari Zoo and spending related to the visit. No personal data is collected in the survey. The contact details requested in connection with the prize draw cannot be linked to survey responses. Contact details are used only for notifying winners.

Prize Draw Rules
All respondents to the Korkeasaari Zoo feedback survey who are at least 15 years old and who provide their email address on the form, thereby accepting the rules of the draw, are eligible to participate in the draw.
Prizes
Every month, a prize is raffled off among the participants, and the winner gets to choose from the following options:
- Tickets for two to Korkeasaari Zoo (value approx. €50 depending on the visit date, valid for one year from the drawing date).
- An annual pass for one person to Korkeasaari Zoo (value €65)
- A grocery store gift card (worth 30 €)
The tickets or annual pass are not valid on special events. The draw will take place at the beginning of the following month, and the tickets are valid for one year from the date of the draw.
Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided by the participant. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. The organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prizes.
Storage of data
Contact details will only be used to notify winners of the draw and will not be disclosed to third parties. Personal data will be deleted monthly after the draw has been conducted. Personal data cannot be linked to the answers given in the feedback survey.
Newsletter
When participating in the prize draw, participants may give the Korkeasaari Zoo Foundation permission to send them a newsletter. The subscriber’s email address will be stored in the newsletter system for the purpose of delivering the newsletter. Participation in the prize draw does not require subscribing to the newsletter. The newsletter contains current news from Korkeasaari.

Korkeasaari Zoo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions retroactively. The content will only be changed to ensure the successful implementation of the campaign without any adverse effects on participants.
