The encounter is always conducted on the animals’ terms: visitors can observe the animals up close, but not touch them.
Animal encounters are offered in limited numbers and are not available at all times. Each encounter can include a maximum of three participants. Depending on the activity, participants must be at least 8, 12, or 15 years old, and at least one adult must accompany them. Every animal encounter also supports the conservation of endangered species.
