Why give tickets to Korkeasaari Zoo?

Research has shown that Finns consider Korkeasaari Zoo to be the best leisure destination in Finland, and it is also the most recommended one (Taloustutkimus 2020). Korkeasaari Zoo has been part of the lives of Finnish families for generations, but it’s also a great place for adults to enjoy themselves, on a date or with friends!

Korkeasaari Zoo is run by a non-profit foundation. By buying a business ticket, your company supports the zoo’s work to protect endangered species and biodiversity. Biodiversity loss threatens not only wildlife and its species, but also human health, food production and the economy.

With Korkeasaari Zoo’s business ticket, the ticket holder can visit Korkeasaari on a day of their choice, according to the validity of the ticket. The Zoo is open all year round and the tickets are also valid for the Zoo’s regular priced events.

Terms and conditions

General terms

The minimum number of business tickets is 30.

One ticket entitles the holder to one (1) visit to Korkeasaari Zoo during the validity period of the ticket.

The validity of the ticket is either until the end of the current year (printed tickets) or until one year after the date of issue (electronic tickets). Tickets are not valid for special events with special prices.

Received tickets are non-refundable.

The applicable tax (VAT) will be added to the prices.

Payment terms

The company or entity to be invoiced must have a valid business ID.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, we reserve the right to assess the reliability and solvency of the subscriber before the transaction is completed.

The invoicing surcharge is 9,09 € + VAT.

It is also possible to collect the tickets from the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office, in which case you can pay on the spot either by card or cash. There is no surcharge for paying on the spot.

Electronic tickets and their delivery

Electronic tickets are delivered in PDF format. You can print the tickets yourself if you wish.

Delivery time is approximately one week from ordering. The entire order will be delivered to one e-mail address. There is no delivery charge for tickets sent by e-mail.

It is not possible to obtain ticket envelopes with e-tickets.

Electronic tickets expire one year after the date of issue.

Printed tickets and their delivery

Printed tickets are valid until the end of the current year.

Delivery time is approximately two weeks from ordering.

The tickets are supplied with envelopes, which are included in the price, on request. When ordering, please indicate how many ticket covers you require.

Orders of less than 50 tickets will be delivered by post.

Orders of more than 50 tickets will be delivered by courier service to the Helsinki metropolitan area, the price being determined by the distance of the delivery.

You can also pick up your tickets at the Korkeasaari Zoo ticket office during the zoo’s opening hours without any delivery fee.
