Feedback from visitors is a very important source of information for Korkeasaari Zoo. Customer feedback helps us to open our eyes to things that we might not notice in the midst of all the other activities. We try to respond to feedback as soon as possible and take suggestions for improvement into account. Please note that feedback is processed during office hours on weekdays, and there may be a delay of a few weeks in responding during peak seasons.
